River is a 2015, 15.2hh, TB hunter gelding available for sale. River has competed up to the 2'6 hunters at the silver series with pins in large classes and a derby win at his very first one attempted. He is very brave to the jumps without riding hot and gets down the lines easily.
He is a simple, light ride on the flat with a bit of a motor and jumps round and carefully every time. Although still a bit green due to his age, he never says no and has no problem accommodating an imperfect ride. He is currently used in lessons with novice and intermediate riders.
He bathes, clips, trailers, ties, hacks quietly and is generally easy to work with. He's a fairly easy keeper- lives out, no major soundness maintenance, and wears front shoes.
