Fitzgerald is a 16.1 1/2hh, 2017 buckskin warmblood gelding by Get Smart (Connemara) out of a Jamestown (Selle Francais) x Class Action (Dutch Warmblood) mare. Fitz is green broke WTC and started over fences. Despite his age, he is extremely simple to ride, has very balanced, comfortable gaits and is pleasant to work around. He is a "more woah than go" ride with an "in your pocket" personality making him an amateur's dream; he's always the first to greet you at the gate. Fitz currently tackles poles and small jumps and has also been through a chute, jumping over 3'6 with ease and athleticism including fill and tarps/jackets. He is extremely brave and comes from eventing/show jumping lines, but his easy going attitude, big stride, and flashy look also make him an excellent hunter/derby prospect.

Fitz is currently barefoot, lives outside, and is an extremely easy keeper with no maintenance, special treatment, or prep necessary; pull him out of the field and go! He is sound, blemish free, and easy to handle- clips, bathes, ties, trailers, and hacks with no fuss. This flashy, athletic gelding will make anyone an excellent partner and is ready to go in any direction you can dream!
