Bertie is a 2013, 16hh, thoroughbred mare available for sale. Bertie has been retired from racing for 1 year now and has been lightly restarted. She can walk, trot, canter, and has been started over small jumps, showing a good eye for distance and solid, consistent form. She is pretty on the flat and could be a solid prospect for the hunter or jumper ring. Currently suited for experienced riders only as she is still only beginning her education as a riding horse, however, she would make up as a lovely show prospect for someone looking to develop one on a budget.
